In the front end, your users will be using their familiar interface, but with an additional B2B escalation functionality. In the backend, Hubcase facilitates communication between with partner systems via Hubcase Exchange. If customer satisfaction, efficiency, accountability, visibility, and accuracy are important to you, you need Hubcase. If you or any of your partners don't have a case management system, our cloud-based Help Desk is 100% free. It comes with built-in B2B capability.
