Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Electric continues to improve and has taken a lot of the day-to-day support tickets- employee requests and tech issues and network problems. I can actually focus on my job vs helping someone who is locked out of their email because they forgot their password the third time this month. Electric fulfills all the requirements that are required in real-time support software. The response time is really less. It has very advanced features like real-time support Electric is great and easy to use remote monitoring software to manage and control every business IT systems and assets. I liked it's remote IT security and service management. It's stable and reliable. - I can slack electric and get a response within minutes- they almost always resolve my issue within an hour. - Super easy to set up and use. Cons They're a growing company so there's sometimes hiccups in service. We had to upgrade to get phone support vs the chat-based. There are no major cons, but I would like to receive updates more frequently. It would be great if it has better alerting system. - Sometimes approvals (from my own team) take a little bit, but not really Electric's fault.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros It's easy to configure, works fine and efficiently. This product covers almost every content that we wanted to block. Since we've installed FlashStart, our students had never seen bad web content again. This was a very easy setup. Just added to my router and it started working right away. Had a couple websites that it was blocking that we used and adding them to the allow list was quick and simple. Glad I found the website. Much simpler than trying to setup my own filter. Tool well-built and simple to use. Possibility of implementation at network level or directly at endpoints. Anycast network with excellent performance in all major locations. Fast and efficient support. Current technology integrated with artificial intelligence where we can really guarantee security. Collection method and attractive prices. FlashStart is set up in a few minutes and is a high value solution for our customers. Malware Protection works at its best. As a customer, you retrieve reports every week showing nicely how effectively protection works. The team from FlashStart works close with its partners and is implementing ideas proposed by them. Cons Honestly there's nothing to me to be considered as a con. Figuring out what package I needed to purchase. It's sold based of the number of devices connected and it took me awhile to figure that out as a school we get a lot of extra devices connected to our network at different times. It would be nice if the filter would of kept a tally of how many devices hit it during my trial. So far everything is perfect, as expected. In occasional problems related to small details such as uncategorized local domains, we called support and were quickly attended to. In five years of using FlashStart the service once was not available for about half an hour.
