Pros: Easy setup.
Sleek and modern user interface.
Cost effective.
Tonnes of additional features.
Windows clients to select profiles.Cons: There’s no real negatives. Perhaps a Mac OS client in the future would be nice.
Overall: Easy to setup, with minimal IT skills, plenty of features and options to suit our needs. Been using over a year without any issues and blocked plenty of sites learners shouldn’t be going on with success.

Pros: Peace of mind that our WiFi is secure. The staff is very helpful. Very easy to install and maintain.
Cons: There is nothing that I can think of that is a negative.
Overall: Excellent product.

Pros: eXmile Technologies has only experience a huge comfort in the partnership with SafeDNS and the solution.
Agility is key to business continuity during the current pandemic and beyond, a special thanks to Alexandra and Team for their prompt responses on changes e.g. frontend and commercial changes.Cons: There were usability issues but as per "pros" all were addressed.
Overall: SafeDNS is 100% recommended as a solution provider in managing the immense flow of unwanted data and thus increase fair distribution to all internet clients.

Pros: Cyber Security is happy with the product and have no plans to discontinue deployment. We have a robust Cyber Security program so having their approval is definitely a pro.
Cons: Cannot speak in-depth about potential cons as our deployment is currently minimal within our environment.
Overall: Software is performing its designated function as expected. Our deployment is currently minimal and so cannot speak in-depth about all of its capabilities.

Pros: Very easy to use and setup up on Windows 10/11. Blocks access to unwanted sites and can be centrally managed with policies.
Cons: Requires use of OpenVPN on iOS devices. Would be nice to have an Android and iOS app.
Overall: Excellent PC & mobile device product for managing DNS based protection. Once set up it can be left alone to manage itself.

Pros: SafeDNS is a perfect tool to protect your network in a few minutes. Easy to deploy, quick, robust... Perfect!!!
Cons: Nothing to note. +4 years using it without significant incidents.
Overall: We (IT providers) have been using it for years. Excellent product, and excellent experience. Recommended!!!
