Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros - Easy to set-up - Team always available to help post go live - Positive reaction from users - Increase contact rates Support is responsive and immediately knowledgeable solving problems quickly. Product is easy to deploy and is very flexible with advanced options and APIs for meeting any customer requirement. Easy to set-up, Feature rich with functionality that improves performance and allows all activity (including telephony) to be done in Dynamics 365. No server required. Cons Although there are standard reports available and the data is available for creating custom reports, it would be good to have more standard reports. Price could be lower. Could be easier to configure some of the features. The color scheme could be better and the icons could be bigger.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Love this Auto Dialer product. Features are extremely easy to use and are a must for any small to medium enterprise that needs to gain better traction making phone calls. Easy to upload contacts and build simple campaigns. Easy to add teams and manage team member. Pricing is great. Cons Support isn't fantastic. Calls come at crazy times of the day and night. Support doesn't respond very quickly and required nearly one week to get the trial going.
