Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros There are many features I loved, but the topmost feature I liked is personalized marketing. It creates head-turner and catchy marketing content that everyone loves. Drag and drop to build a custom layout. The UI/UX is very appealing in my opinion. Its report and insight give the best overview of user interest. Detailed behavioral patterns can be programmed into your automated response system. This software provides more functions than other automated email providers. Great for ecom businesses. Their good design made it easy to find the features I was looking for. For beginners and advanced marketing people. Very cost effective and sets up good automations that can be triggered when the timing is right for the consumer. Cons Overall, drip is a great tool but sometimes the email gets falls into the spam folder. Specific to email and text response for ecom business. If you provide services through website it’s better to go with a software specific to your business. The only thing I had to spend time learning was to improve my knowledge about behavioural actions. Another thing I don't like is that it's just another specialty software to add to the stack. There's nothing that I really dislike about it. I think it's one of the best services I used for e-mail marketing. Making newsletters and trigger marketing there is easier than ever. I like It very much. New editor also has a lot of possibilities for personalising your letters and make it looks better than ever. Cons My main issue with it is not being able to save a campaign as a template, and if this is possible it is extremely difficult to do because I've been using it for weeks and still haven't figured it out yet. Its an new email marketing tool but continuously working on improvement. One notable drawback of Selzy is its contact limit, which may need reevaluation. Depending on the subscription plan, users may encounter restrictions on the number of contacts they can manage within the platform. This limitation could pose challenges for businesses with large contact databases or those experiencing rapid growth. Reviewing and potentially adjusting this limit could enhance Selzy's appeal and accommodate the needs of a broader range of users. Pricing has changed many times and Free plan credits are reduced.
