Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros There are many features I loved, but the topmost feature I liked is personalized marketing. It creates head-turner and catchy marketing content that everyone loves. Drag and drop to build a custom layout. The UI/UX is very appealing in my opinion. Its report and insight give the best overview of user interest. Detailed behavioral patterns can be programmed into your automated response system. This software provides more functions than other automated email providers. Great for ecom businesses. Their good design made it easy to find the features I was looking for. For beginners and advanced marketing people. Very cost effective and sets up good automations that can be triggered when the timing is right for the consumer. Cons Overall, drip is a great tool but sometimes the email gets falls into the spam folder. Specific to email and text response for ecom business. If you provide services through website it’s better to go with a software specific to your business. The only thing I had to spend time learning was to improve my knowledge about behavioural actions. Another thing I don't like is that it's just another specialty software to add to the stack. There's nothing that I really dislike about it.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros What I like about PURE 360 is the fact that we have our own lovely UK based account manager Zoe who is very proactive via email & phone. Her service is 2nd to none & is always looking at ways we can improve the set up of our campaigns & is so helpful with general enquiries. I also like the regular catch-ups & full-service support we've received throughout recent months from PURE 360. They also follow up on any queries until you are completely happy with the outcome. I also like how easy the platform is when building our email campaigns & has a great analytic reporting tool. I especially like the heat map facility where we can see how recipients have engaged with our emails. I especially like the resend option to recipients that did not open the email with the ITS feature which sends each email at the time each person is likely to open. We have found this extremely effective & have had a great return on investment. Another great feature is the dashboard function. It gives you a great overview of the performance of all of our campaigns, as well as allowing you to dive deeper and get a more in depth understanding of how each of your campaigns is performing. Overall is a solid tool for email marketing. Cons N/A.
