Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros There are many features I loved, but the topmost feature I liked is personalized marketing. It creates head-turner and catchy marketing content that everyone loves. Drag and drop to build a custom layout. The UI/UX is very appealing in my opinion. Its report and insight give the best overview of user interest. Detailed behavioral patterns can be programmed into your automated response system. This software provides more functions than other automated email providers. Great for ecom businesses. Their good design made it easy to find the features I was looking for. For beginners and advanced marketing people. Very cost effective and sets up good automations that can be triggered when the timing is right for the consumer. Cons Overall, drip is a great tool but sometimes the email gets falls into the spam folder. Specific to email and text response for ecom business. If you provide services through website it’s better to go with a software specific to your business. The only thing I had to spend time learning was to improve my knowledge about behavioural actions. Another thing I don't like is that it's just another specialty software to add to the stack. There's nothing that I really dislike about it.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros EngageBay is a tool that is worth considering as it is very simple and intuitive. I have not seen such an excellent customer support that they offer. Usability. Customer support. Amount of features available. Cost efficiency. Great user interface. Great communication. It is easy to setup Automations in EngageBay and the support is great too. Very keen on replying quickly. All-in-One Platform: EngageBay integrates marketing, sales, and customer support into a single, unified platform. This has drastically reduced the need for multiple subscriptions, saving us both time and money. We can manage our email marketing campaigns, track sales pipelines, and handle customer support tickets all from one place. User-Friendly Interface: The platform is incredibly intuitive and easy to use. Even for someone who isn't a tech expert, the learning curve is minimal. The dashboard is well-organized, making navigation seamless. Affordable Pricing: EngageBay offers a robust set of features at a fraction of the cost compared to other all-in-one CRM platforms. The pricing is very reasonable, especially for startups and small businesses looking to scale without breaking the bank. Powerful Marketing Automation: The marketing automation tools are top-notch. We’ve been able to automate our email campaigns, segment our contact lists, and nurture leads effortlessly. The platform continues to add new features and updates regularly, which shows their commitment to customer satisfaction. EngageBay is a best platform for startups. It is a comprehensive tool with all the features that are needed for startup to grow. Cons I have been using this tool for more than a year now and found no majors issues apart from few lags here and there. Some technical issues, though mostly caused by User error or external factors that are not necessarily to do with EngageBay. Although it is easy to setup it takes some time to get to know the options. Nothing that i dont like. Maybe they should start including AI features into the mix. I have not found any issues with the product so far.
