	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Dayforce offers smart solution to all human capital management requirements. It's a great to for HR department as well as the operations perspective and managers. It offers solution to payroll calculations, Benefit management, Talent acquisition, Workforce management. it offer continuous payroll calculation which make it very unique and it helped you you have the current figures in front of you at any point of time. Very easy to pick up and start using without a hard learning curve. Dayforce is a great tool to have for the HR department. With Dayforce, many analog processes are now digitized. Cons It is one of the smart HCM software available making work easy and less time-consuming. No issues. There were a few bugs when we were first getting set up, but they've been taken care of now.
