Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros We have a garment business and we faced a lot of problems handling our clients. Calilio’s call queue and music on hold features have solved our problem. Also, Calilio provides call recording features and also has analytics from where we can track our growth as well. Calilio has been a great addition to our workflow. The platform is easy to use, the call quality is consistently clear, and the features like call management and tracking really help keep everything organized. It has made handling business communication much smoother and more efficient. Overall, it feels reliable and definitely worth subscribing to. I liked Calilio’s call routing, analytics, and team features. They helped us manage calls better, track performance, and keep communication organized and smooth. nothing really, their website stated false information and Calilio did not take appropriate action in refunding my purchase. For my use case, i don't think i find any cons till date.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The platform feels stable, and I rarely run into issues during the workday. That's probably what I appreciate most. Being able to call directly from the browser without installing anything was a big plus for our team. Setup for new reps takes minutes rather than an IT-heavy process. Audio quality through the browser has been consistently clear. The platform has been reliable day-to-day. I haven't had calls failing to connect or features suddenly being unavailable. For the core job of making and receiving calls, it's been consistent. HubSpot integration is the reason my team actually uses the CRM properly now. Calls log automatically, notes sync over, and recordings are right there in the contact record. Before this, reps were skipping manual logging and the history was always patchy. Now the data is actually reliable and coaching conversations are more grounded in what really happened. Having one business number for the whole team has made things much easier. Calls are routed properly, and everyone can work from anywhere. Cons I'd like a little more information about call costs before placing international calls. The mobile app could be a bit smoother — occasionally there's a slight lag when switching between the dialer and the call history tab. Everything seems to be fine, there is no any complaint from my side. If I leave the browser open for several hours without using it, the session sometimes expires and I have to log in again. The pricing information for calling rates could be explained more clearly inside the dashboard.
