Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I love Brevo for simplistic yet robust email marketing tools that allow for automated campaigns, transactional emails, and more. Its SMTP tools and API allow for easy integration with WordPress and is useful for sending mails. The dashboard has really nice graphs and analytics, with support for filters to better understand data. It also send periodic emails to me keeping me up to date with all account activities. It continues to offer a comprehensive marketing suite even in the free version so that people can test it fully & then purchase the premium features. It has an amazing user friendly interface when i use it, It was very easy t catch up will the features likes contact upload, segmentation, template design, setting up email campaign. The analytics features is also worthy as it helps you measure the effectiveness of your email campaigns. The biggest positive impact I experienced after implementing Sendinblue is in sales growth. It helps to bring in more customers. It helps to deliver more personalized emails using its automated algorithm. You can drag and drop from pre-built layouts to customize the interface. • Email importing process was seamless. • Lots of automation features to send emails, like scheduling and segmentation. • We got high delivery and conversion rate. • It also offers an integrated landing page builder. • Easy to design and build email layouts. Cons Nothing in particular, although I am not a fan of there super high pricing for pay-as-you-go plans. It can be brought at par with the periodic subscriptions. While it excels in marketing communication there are some considerations. The learning curve for mastering advanced features may be steep for users new to marketing automation. The only drawback i encountered is it only offers 300 emails in its free version. I think it should be around 500-1000 emails for the people who are testing & trying it to use it for a longer time. Sometimes it sends multiple duplicate emails to same users. • Till now we haven't found any downside regarding this software.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros SendX has a great capability to deliver bulk newsletters at one click. Easy to implement on existing marketing platform. Supports A to Z customization in email layout. The platform user interface is simple. We are using SendX for quite a long time. We really enjoy its drip marketing method. It saves lots of time for us. The analytics provides everything ( from sending process to clicks and email open event ). Campaign management is easy. The best thing I experienced about SendX is its campaign creator. The dashboard interface is totally clean and organized. As I compare with other marketing tools you can easily target special groups of audiences in different campaigns. It is powerful and simple to get started. SendX is easy to implement and onboard. It offers many features that make you marketing above your expectations. On the positive side, it's easy to customize layouts, no code required to build templates. Easily manages mass email lists. I really appreciate it's email automation to schedule at anytime SendX makes every campaign email more professional than other email marketing tools. It allows me to send mass group of emails at once. The interface is streamlined and easy for email marketing. The analytics gives a complete summary of my campaign. Cons I had a smooth experience with SendX. No downside experienced. In my experience analytics data is not in real-time. The drag and drop option and design are very limited. Overall it's good. I don't like its reports or analytics. Very less information was provided. Nothing so far. It's the best for email marketing.
