Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros There was nothing that was a Pro about this product. They advertise it to be easy to use but it is not usable. Super simple to use. Has everything I need from campaign builder, data management, email marketing, sms, video, voicemail, auto-dialer, and more. Cons Service takes 6-8+ weeks to activate a number and they charge you full price entire time you can't use the service and refuse to refund you once you find out. Customer service quality is disgusting. Wish there was a more robust CRM aspect of it, but their message is "we are not a CRM" which they are not and I am glad they are not. It is a very easy to use tool.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros It's dashboard tells the complete story about business performance. It offers automated marketing to make things easy. Helps to capture leads and grow to business. Works well with email automations and helps you implement tracking abilities in your links and funnels. So far, my experience with Platformly has been quite positive. I use it mainly to send email marketing campaigns to my contacts and it's so far been easy to use. Their support team helped me with setup and understood my goals easily. Platformly is a very intuitive software, so anyone can use this product, even if they have little experience in marketing automation. Moreover, Platformly is really great on the support side and the product keeps improving. Its a great alternative to ActiveCampaign, Infusionsoft and Drip, it definitely wins in the ease of use category and the heads up features are one of the main reason to get a hold of this product. Cons It worked great for me. Nothing to shares about cons. There is a big learning curve to implement this. I wish there were more templates to choose from, but so far the ones available have been enough for me to build my newsletters. Maybe with future updates, there will be a larger offer when it comes to email templates. There are some features that I wish they had built-in. One of the most important for our business is a sales pipeline.
