It was meant to perform a lot of functions It offers a platform to interact with the customer using SMS, live chat, and WhatsApp. It also offers insight and reporting on interactions. Gives great customer support for business. Cons Super buggy, useless support. Both email and sms went to spam It worked great for me. Nothing to share about the con. It's great for sending messages, documents... to your WhatsApp clients. - Easy interface for developers - Good documentation - Stable and Fast - Supporting all programming languages Very good human support. Documentation is very helpful. Easy to use. Support most common programming languages. Easy and quick onboarding for an API to make a chatbot for WhatsApp. Support multi language php, python, curl, etc. Cons One thing I didn't like in Ultramsg is the free trial period. But you can pay for a long time period. - I have been with them for 11 months, and I haven't seen any negatives I hope they make an environment to develop a chat bot using workflow. Everything is good so far. There is no negative thing. Easily connect our CRM. It was a very excellent experience. There is nothing, it's good and easy. Recommended for large and medium-sized companies.
