It was meant to perform a lot of functions It offers a platform to interact with the customer using SMS, live chat, and WhatsApp. It also offers insight and reporting on interactions. Gives great customer support for business. Cons Super buggy, useless support. Both email and sms went to spam It worked great for me. Nothing to share about the con.
