You pay per unit per month. A unit is a flat, villa, shop, office or warehouse that has a lease or is listed as vacant. The price per unit drops as your portfolio grows: each band’s price applies only to the units inside it. Buildings, owners, tenants, staff logins and tenant portal logins add nothing.

Worked example. A management company with 300 units pays 100 × 15 + 200 × 8 = AED 3,100 a month (SAR 3,100, USD 844.11). With 100 units it is AED 1,500. With 500 it is AED 4,700. With 1,000 it is AED 7,200. The shared plan has a minimum of AED/SAR 990 a month, which covers up to 66 units.

Two ways to start. Up to 100 units on the shared plan, we set you up on a fixed quick-start package, with no scoping call. Above 100 units, and at any size on your own copy or your own cloud, we set it up with you.

Quick start (we set it up): The shared plan, 1 to 100 units | AED/SAR 2,500 (USD 680.74), fixed | Your copy in the UAE or Saudi Arabia with your logo, your buildings, units, leases and cheque schedules imported from our CSV template, the cheque, renewal and owner reports and the Leasing home switched on, VAT set for residential and commercial rent, recorded training and guides in Arabic and English, and ticket support. No call and no on-site morning. A person on our team checks your CSV, and we agree the go-live date once it is complete. Tenant portal logins are created from the emails in your import. We send the payment link within 24 hours.
Managed: The shared plan above 100 units, and every size on your own copy or your own cloud | Up to 100 units: AED/SAR 4,900 (USD 1,334.24). 101 to 500: AED/SAR 9,900 (USD 2,695.71). 501 to 2,000: AED/SAR 16,900 (USD 4,601.77). Above 2,000: from AED/SAR 29,900 (USD 8,141.59), scoped in writing. | Setup to a written plan: your leases and cheque history imported and checked, owners with their fee rates and opening balances, the owner statement laid out the way your landlords expect, owner logins, invoice and renewal-notice emails, training, and one month run side by side with your old files.
Paid to others, never inside the unit price. Ejari, Tawtheeq and Ejar fees go to DLD, the Abu Dhabi registry or REGA, as now. Bank charges for a returned cheque are your bank’s. Extra work outside a plan is AED/SAR 900 an hour (USD 245.06), or 10 hours for AED/SAR 8,100. Annual prepay takes 15% off the part of the monthly bill above the minimum. Prices exclude 5% UAE VAT and 15% Saudi VAT.
