Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I really like the level of customer support we get from Attentive, they're always offering us new journeys, and ideas to increase our conversion. The platform is super easy to use and we are able to easily schedule sign up unit switches and messages ourselves. Can't say enough good things about Attentive. Not only is their team easy to work with and responsive, but they make the platform very easy to use. Attentive has been fantastic to work with. They're always pushing the envelope with features and delivering new ways to drive revenue. The platform is already robust but they are constantly developing new capabilities. And the best part is the team goes beyond standard level support, by actually helping you strategize and implement and sometimes even building out entire flows for you. Could not be happier with the experience. I love how responsive and helpful everyone at Attentive is. We've been working with them for 3+ years, and they always come to the table with new features and ideas to work through. I was able to hit the ground day 1 with this software. There are so many capabilities like segmentation, a/b testing, creating web pop-ups... and they make it easy enough for us to do all on our own! However, the support staff is incredibly efficient and kind if I do need help. Cons If there was one con, I would say that the reporting could be a little more robust. Sometimes I have to pull reports from two different places to try and analyze data better. Gets expensive if you want to add emojis to texts. It's a tad bit on the pricier side but its a premium product that is definitely worth it. Occasionally there's a few bugs, but that's to be expected! The reporting features are a bit clunky, but overall there hasn't been data I wasn't able to pull with a little help from my account rep.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros This is an extremely comprehensive SMS service that puts all the others to shame. Provides a comprehensive dashboard for admin and clients alike that has everything you need to operate the service front and back. Reasonably easy to setup and operate. They will install it for you and even upgrade as needed. Customer service has always been right on target even when asking the dumb questions. Previously I had a white-labeled service but when everything went to 10DLC decided to see if I could find a way to "do my own" thing and not be under someone else's banner. Found this service, took a chance and have been extremely happy ever since. Cons Documentation and marketing materials/videos is a little clunky and could be updated. There is some issue with spammers/bots getting accounts you have to delete but its gotten a lot better down to just an occasional few, and the accounts don't have access to anything until you zap them (as long as you set it up so new accounts cannot get a number or really do anything until they buy a package. (did have one actually buy a package but could tell right away it was a fraud account so I kicked them before anything could go thru). Setting up your system to make purchase of numbers can seem a little complicated at first but that's no ones fault.
