    "The very best if you want your own custom SMS service to resell"

    Pros: This is an extremely comprehensive SMS service that puts all the others to shame. Provides a comprehensive dashboard for admin and clients alike that has everything you need to operate the service front and back. Reasonably easy to setup and operate. They will install it for you and even upgrade as needed. Customer service has always been right on target even when asking the dumb questions. Previously I had a white-labeled service but when everything went to 10DLC decided to see if I could find a way to "do my own" thing and not be under someone else's banner. Found this service, took a chance and have been extremely happy ever since.

    Cons: Documentation and marketing materials/videos is a little clunky and could be updated. There is some issue with spammers/bots getting accounts you have to delete but its gotten a lot better down to just an occasional few, and the accounts don't have access to anything until you zap them (as long as you set it up so new accounts cannot get a number or really do anything until they buy a package. (did have one actually buy a package but could tell right away it was a fraud account so I kicked them before anything could go thru). Setting up your system to make purchase of numbers can seem a little complicated at first but that's no ones fault.

    Overall: At times there has been a little frustration over technical things and figuring things out but that's mostly on me as it is a very robust system. Overall, I am extremely happy with the service and even better since I self host on my own server I don't have to pay anyone else every month for a "white-labeled" system.

    Hi Thomas, Appreciate the very positive review! Always happy to hear good experiences with our software platform and support. Regarding the spammers/bots creating fake accounts, with the last release of our software, we have integrated Google ReCaptcha on the sign-up form which will dramatically help with bots. You can also allow/restrict certain countries creating accounts since we have found most spam bots operate from foreign countries and IP addresses. Thanks!
