Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Adobe campaign can be integrated with Analytics services (primarily Adobe Analytics) so that informative lists can be used within marketing campaigns seamlessly. Interactions with message targets can be segmented for future campaigns, and can be detailed in periodic reports based on statistics. To maintain a good organization among all the channels used for marketing management, Adobe Campaign is a clear alternative. The platform is recommended to work with interactive workflows that require dragging and moving complete information boards, which is also positive to work with. Adobe campaign is a software created to work with large databases, and it is excellent at that. Adobe Campaign has helped us boost our marketing game with tonnes of its much helpful features and tools. I use Adobe Campaign continuously in the office. There is really no software to compare. It has even more features and options than I can sometimes understand what to do. I use it to develop training tools that are aesthetically pleasing and functional and also never dissatisfied. The ability to connect as well as send messages to our teammates and retrieve previous messages. We use it as a factor of analysis to consider and also personal data in order to keep data isolated. Absolutely delighted with the campaign and the constant administration. It was useful to have the ability to collaborate on a few different accounts. Adobe Campaign is a brilliant concept and is very innovative and cutting edge. They have truly thought of everything with all the different versions and upgrades of this software. Cons Working with many customer profiles becomes difficult if it is not taken into account that each customer must be specified in certain lists so that there are no errors during campaigns, such as sending messages to customers who are not targeted for specific campaigns. The interface could be a little more user friendly. As there are so many tools, I think it is a challenge to discover them all. I usually have to watch the youtube tutorials to find out what each device is for. I assume that the taskbar can be a little more simple and user friendly. Projects tend to take a while to complete, as I can't remember exactly how to maneuver through the system. Although the item is usually easy to use, a section of the organization menus can be confusing. Often, it tends to be challenging to locate the right devices, as each design program operates in an unexpected way. Adobe Campaign is very difficult for the lay person. It takes a lot of time for me getting to know and can be very difficult to understand and learn.
