	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I like the ability to customize the app to suit the needs of me and my team. I feel like the reports that are generated are clear and concise to provide my customers with the information they need. I’m sure much more organized and this ultimately saves me time with producing reports I wish I had tried it earlier. * Photo Labeling Inspection Camera * Custom Workflow Templates * Automated Inspection Guidance * Real-time Virtual Inspection Platform * Easy to share PDF Reports, Image Zip files & Image Web Link * Detailed Photo Inspection Reports Call it scatter-brained or ADD that’s been a problem of mine since I can remember. That’s affected me a great deal with doing inspections, sometimes to the point of having to revisit a client after the fact due to a missed picture etc. I just love that this app guides me each step of the way during inspections if you’re like me you need this. Cons I do not like how I have to manually upload the jobs onto the cloud to prevent running out of space. I would like to see some sort of auto back up to save me a ton of time. The current process takes way too much of my limited time. I would be nice if there were more tutorials videos demonstrating how to navigate through the desktop version. There may be a slight learning curve when first downloading the platform, however, the U Scope team was there every step of the way to get our team up and running. I’m not a pro yet still learning what all this can do.
