	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros UXPressia is a very powerful and robust tool. It is used for mapping and designing the customer journey, but also for creating a persona or impact map that connects context. - good performance - good and multiple templates - good usability - quick support - intuitive usage The ability to create maps and reuse them as templates is very helpful, as often I’m in charge of 2-3 journey mapping projects at once. Presentation mode and export formats help to visually explain to the client what’s going on in their audiences’ journeys. Cons At the moment I have no reservations. It might be worth considering another download format - although that is already technically challenging. If a map could be downloaded as a .docx, with the text stuff nicely structured, that would be great. - no real cons - an integrated Editor or an automated scaling of graphic elements would be perfect There are storyboard illustrations but they don’t work for me. I prefer stock photos.
