Pros: I love the integration of all communication channels. The reports are easy to use and are intuitive. Our CX journeys keep on improving and our 900 staff love using the platform! The sentiment analysis and rating scores give us more insight to address the needs of customers and allowing us to engage with our clients at a higher level. During our Covid 19 lock down, this product worked brilliantly to address our remote working requirements for our staff - 700 remote call centre agents and growing!
Cons: At this stage we are enjoying the ongoing deployment of new features and reports, we are happy!
Overall: We are excited to be part of the Smartz family. As a business we have migrated all our communications platforms into one cloud based eco system, that has saved us money and resources. The insights have definitely changed how we service customers. Our agents are now more skilled and have been exposed to new and exciting digital channels. We have also implemented Smartz Human Asset Management and that has grown our insights exponentially. Go Smartz!
