"Scheduling Is a Breeze with Schedule Once" Posted 2020-10-15
Pros: ScheduleOnce has saved our office so much time. I have 20+ meetings per week, and our office schedules 50+ appointments each week - ScheduleOnce has replaced the manual process of scheduling, making it easy and simple to make, confirm, reschedule and cancel appointments instantly. ScheduleOnce also integrates with video conferencing software, so virtual locations are automatically generated as appointments are confirmed. ScheduleOnce syncs with your calendar (or you can use it without syncing to a calendar), has customizable booking forms and sends customized confirmation and reminder emails. ScheduleOnce also comes with InviteOnce, which I have not used.
Cons: It's a bit tedious to set up the calendars and appointment types in ScheduleOnce, but this is the case with any calendaring solution. The investment in time really pays off. You can re-use event templates, booking forms, etc. The reporting on booked appointments is lacking. For example, if I'm booking 20 appointments in one day, there isn't a way to run a quick report that shows all 20 appointments in an Excel file. The event bookings do show up in an activity feed and search, which can both be filtered, and, if your calendar is synched, will appear on the calendar.
Overall: If you aren't using a scheduling solution, you really need to reconsider it. No more "When are you free for a meeting" emails - yay! Folks who book with you appreciate the instant, self-service scheduling, and you have less email in your inbox. The annual subscription is an investment, but it really does pay for itself in the time gained back.
