    Pros: What I like the most about the software is the comprehensive monitor coverage which supports a wide range of software. Another plus point is the ease of deployment of the software which is quite efficient with the user-friendly interface that it provides

    Cons: What I guess can improve is that the UI seems outdated with the scalability challenges (May require additional configuration and tuning in large, distributed environments) with a steep learning curve which can be sorted with some guide through modules and videos.

    Pros: ManageEngine Applications Manager is a great option for monitoring the full application stack. We are monitoring the performance of all our business and IT applications using it. It thus helps in debugging issues faster and helps in removing the impediments. Thus helps in getting the RCA in a short span. ManageEngine Applications Manager can manage any softwares built in any programming language like Java, Python, PHP or Dotnet.

    Cons: We are basically using it since long and has not found any such issues. It supports monitoring multiple technologies including on-premise and cloud applications. We have been using it on daily basis for real time monitoring of our application codes. We are able to monitor APIs created, server utilization, resource consumption, and stack traces of issues. We are integrating it OpManager for centralized monitoring.

    Overall: Our overall experience with Applications Manager is great. The ManageEngine support is available whenever required. The forums and blogs helps a lot. We are using it to monitor the application on premise and as well on cloud. It is also making use of AI and machine learning for tracking the issues and helps us to find what capacity will be required for servers to manage the applications, thus making our lives easy.
