We can separate the alarms according to severity and plan different actions for each severity.
The support team is very understanding and helpful.

Cons: Sometimes you may encounter product-related bugs. Therefore, version upgrades should be performed with caution. However, the support team can quickly provide solutions.

Overall: I believe this is an application that could be further developed. The number of action types taken for alarms could be increased. For example, voice calls are in high demand.

Pros: We tested Application Manager as part of OPManager Plus. We wanted to get a couple of services monitored, but then found that we also have additional abilities like REST API monitoring, web site monitoring, in-depth database monitoring and cloud monitoring for planned web applications.

Cons: The products integration into OPManager is currently showing different appearances between native OPManager and Application Manager functionality and website content. That could be a bit more seamlessly.

Overall: We are satisfied with our decision to make use of the ManageEngine tool. We are also happy, that the support is good when you need it.

Pros: The product helps in terms of complete infrastructure monitoring including the majority of the cloud services in Azure

Cons: no cons at the recent time to report sometimes there could be performance issue that could be sorted out with the help of support team

Overall: We feel this tool is a complete observability suite that accommodates the complete layer level monitoring features

Pros: The complete monitoring suite that contains from the correlation with the all the major devices and applications are very helpful

Cons: No more cons after the recent complete product upgrade

Overall: Overall the product is very nice to use in the daily tasks and commitments and very useful for our internal team as well

Pros: AWS, Azure and Oracle VM can be monitored in a single tool which helps us to increase the productivity

Cons: No cons as of now after the recent upgrade all working fine

Overall: In a nutshell APM provides great visibility to our infrastructure to monitor our applications and their components
