    Pros: Easy way to manage multiple inboxes for a team in one dashboard. Can assign messages to each other as well.

    Cons: There are not any cons that I can think of for now.

    Overall: It's great because you can also leave notes in the emails you assign so you can keep each other in the loop with what is happening.

    Pros: Love how easy it is to add inboxes for an entire team to manage and collaborate within. Streamlines support.

    Cons: It's a little tricky to set up and UI/ux could be updated to simplify.

    Overall: Overall it's a great tool to use for teams that provide customer support and need a way to collaborate.
