Pros: Takes the hassle of setting up and maintaining Apps and online ordering Site. They also offer a multitude of marketing packages and alternate ordering platforms for customer convenience.
Cons: Sometimes a bit lacking on the maintenance and updating of the Sites.
They charge Cash customers the same processing fee as credit on top of the commission from the restaurant partner.Overall: Been with them now almost 5 years and never had any real serious issues. Outages and down time are extremely rare and unlike some other big platforms there is actually someone to speak to about issues outside of live orders (not waiting 48 hours for a reply to an email)

- Customers details can be easily obtained to contact themCons: - Unable to control specials and promotions
- Canβt press β on its wayβ
- Must do your own promotion
- Hard to get customers to move to the FlipDish site from other platforms
- Must pay for Apple app. Set up
- Account managers can be very helpful or not helpful at all.Overall: We started our business with almost no cash during the lockdown. With Flipdish being a free set up and great support, we were able to fly within a couple of months.

Pros: A good platform to order food online. Payment is prompt. A good first step for online orders. Customers who use it seem to like it.
Cons: High turnover of staff. This makes it hard to build a working relationship.
Overall: Positive. The platform is good. Changing prices and products could be easier. With inflation unfortunately prices need to be raised more often.

Pros: Customer service.
Easy and fast way for customers to order.
Accept all kind of payments.
Fare commission.Cons: Some discount options that I need for my restaurant but it is not something negative from Flipdish as it is very complicated from my side with specific days and times of the day who need to be changed automatically.
Overall: Iβm working with Flipdish for two years after a big research I had before I decide. The reason I started was that they have fare commission, accepting all kind of pay and was the easiest and fastest way for customers to order with just a few clicks. After a while when I had a few questions on changing my menu I have been amazed of the customer service as they always answer in seconds and solve any requests really fast. I believe that is the best option for restaurants who want to reduce staff costs as the customers order themselves and also look photos of what they will get and also want to stop wrong orders or mistakes between waiters and chefs. Iβm very happy with Flipdish and I didnβt see on market a better company so far.

Pros: The app itself and the team behind it. Very effective customer support. Helped us all the way through COVID-19 ,also great marketing idea and advertising.
Cons: Table ordering system and kiosk order system need to be react a bit faster.
Overall: 1. Customer serviceβwhenever we need Ling always there to help.

Pros: Very fast service updating Menus, if there is a problem customer service is very helpful, great for push notifications to customers, great marketing. Great that if we need to change something in the back office Flipdish does it for you.
Cons: We had our own website designed and it was taken over by Flipdish which isnβt really a website. Should be able to leave customers original websites.
Overall: Great service could update the tablets though they could be a little bigger. Overall it's a great company.

Pros: Iβve worked with Flipdish for just over 1 year now. There are new features every few months. The websites and apps look great and are easy to use. They have phone support and I have a dedicated account manager.
Cons: So far things are good. My pixel point integration wasnβt working immediately but the team was responsive and figured everything out for me.
Overall: I like working with Flipdish and would recommend them. I like how easy it is to send push notifications on the apps. Waylon, my account manager is great.

Pros: Best UX in the industry meaning most online customers. Great features to retain customers and move offline customers online.
Cons: None at all. Very good support by people who genuinely want their customers to succeed.
Overall: Zero issues. Very smooth online ordering solution. Great back of house portal and reporting features.
