    "Excellent for our Catering Business!"

    Pros: Online ordering, CRM and order tracking to ensure we never miss a customer or opportunity.

    Cons: Easy to double up products and make the backend messy. A process needed to be put in place to ensure users are following the correct procedures.

    Overall: Renato has provided excellent customer service and made the transition from our previous software to Flex Catering a dream. The ticketing system for help is excellent and ensures any questions or problems are dealt with quickly and easily. Our customers love being able to order online as well as getting the best customer service possible, due to flex's great CRM and order tracking. We love Flex Catering for our business! Thank you!
