	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Takes the hassle of setting up and maintaining Apps and online ordering Site. They also offer a multitude of marketing packages and alternate ordering platforms for customer convenience. - Low commission - Full control of the site, menu and settings - Ease of use - Good support - Customers details can be easily obtained to contact them Best for customer service. A good platform to order food online. Payment is prompt. A good first step for online orders. Customers who use it seem to like it. Customer service. Easy and fast way for customers to order. Accept all kind of payments. Fare commission. Cons Sometimes a bit lacking on the maintenance and updating of the Sites. They charge Cash customers the same processing fee as credit on top of the commission from the restaurant partner. - Unable to control specials and promotions - Can’t press ‘ on its way’ - Must do your own promotion - Hard to get customers to move to the FlipDish site from other platforms - Must pay for Apple app. Set up - Account managers can be very helpful or not helpful at all. N/A. High turnover of staff. This makes it hard to build a working relationship. Some discount options that I need for my restaurant but it is not something negative from Flipdish as it is very complicated from my side with specific days and times of the day who need to be changed automatically.
