Pros: ClayHR has helped us (my HR team) to centralize HR operations across our parent company in Ghana and subsidiaries in Côte d'Ivoire, Sierra Leone, and Liberia. As both an Assistant HR Manager (Subsidiaries) and system administrator, I appreciate how it brings employee records, leave management, onboarding, performance management, and reporting into one platform. The AI-powered features, particularly Agent AI and Ask HR, are practical additions that reduce administrative work and allow our HR team to focus more on strategic initiatives, employee experience, people, culture, and organizational growth. The scalability nature of the platform is also a plus for me.

Cons: ClayHR is a feature-rich platform, so there is a learning curve for new users and administrators, especially during the initial setup and configuration. Some advanced features take time to fully understand and customize, but once implemented, the platform becomes much easier to use and delivers significant value. S I would advice any organisation that wants to get onboard to take time to understand the platform's full capabilities and invest in proper onboarding from the outset. ClayHR is a comprehensive HR solution, so the more effort you put into configuring it to match your organization's processes, the greater the value you'll get.

I first encountered the platform at the ClayHR Annual Conference here in Accra, Ghana and now using it as both an Assistant HR Manager (in charge of subsidiaries) and system administrator, I have seen how effectively it supports HR operations across multiple countries offices. The platform has helped us centralize key HR processes, improve consistency across our subsidiaries in Ghana, Côte d'Ivoire, Sierra Leone, and Liberia, and reduce manual administrative work. While there is a learning curve due to its extensive functionality, the long-term value, AI capabilities, and scalability make it an excellent solution for organizations seeking to modernize and streamline their HR operations.
