Pros: Open API.
Great call quality.
Powerful dialing tool.
Clean UI and customizable.
Comes with CRM.
Excellent data management capabilities.Cons: Nothing that comes to mind, everything overall seems intuitive and easy to use.
Overall: 10/10 great bang for your buck. Would highly recommend, have used Five9 in past but CallTools hits it out of the park. Also, great support team to assist when needed.

Pros: CallTools is an amazing solution to have a fully functional calling system, platform in the way that it automatically records all types of calls, records SIP and VoIP calls, moreover, all these recordings are stored within the cloud of this platform, which which helps us a lot when it comes to detecting inconsistencies in the call, a requirement from a client through a specific call, these recordings help us detect errors in (Customer Service), and thus improve (Customer Service) constantly. Another thing that I like about this platform is that it automatically records all the calls received, with their date, time and duration of the call, as well as recording the number of agents that participated in that call, all this information makes me have control Very stable quality for my company, and it helps me to detect calls that had many agents as participation. Another of the features that I liked is that this platform is fully integrated with the CRM system, in this way we can transfer the contact information in general to our CRM system and thus have a negotiation with that potential client quickly, convert the clients into a Selling is very close to us, so this integration is very important to us as it helps us convert all leads into sales.
Cons: I don't have any kind of problem with this platform, the general user panel helps me to have full access to all calls in real time, also the automated registration system for calls is impressive and has never had any kind of inconvenience When it comes to registering customer contact information, the great thing about this platform is that no type of call is interrupted at any time, they will remain in constant communication with us. For now, I do not have any type of problem or negative characteristics about this platform, I have been satisfied with the prices offered for the plan that I have contracted, in addition, I have been satisfied with the characteristics and functions provided by this platform.
Overall: CallTools has achieved that our company can have a completely stable customer calling system, with the help of this platform we have been able to have direct communication with customers, in addition, we can automatically save contact information, such as email, home address , full name and contact number. This platform also allows calls with customers to be transferred to other agents, with the push of a button, it is very important since all calls are made by our manager (Customer Service), and is in charge of distributing each call to the agents of sales available in this company.
