Here at CT-Assist we are small potatoes. We are minuscule compared to our competition and we are completely OK with that. We don't have all the bells and whistles, the large development team, support staff, and we most certainly don't have the million dollar budget. But what we do have, is a good product. We want to build a community of end users. The more individuals and business using the CT-Assist, the better it will become. Extensive real world use is the best way for us to improve and add new truly valuable features. CT-Assist provides a quick easy attended remote support option to provide support to your clients. As a single downloadable exe file CT-Instant Support makes it truly simple for the end user to initiate a remote support connection. It can be downloaded directly or placed on the users desktop for easy double click start up. CT-Instant Support was designed this way specifically for POS and kiosks without keyboards.
