Easy of scheduling and assigning jobs tracking my payroll hours and cost. Seeing which employees are logged on to work The user-friendly interface makes scheduling simple for both managers and employees, and we can make changes quickly and accurately. Customer support is excellent, always responsive and helpful when we need assistance. Easy scheduling, monthly timesheets — makes payroll that much easier! We've tried many different scheduling platforms and this is the one we're sticking with! I love the easy layout of the software and how it is easy to transition from one thing to the next. The app makes it easy to follow up as well. Cons Not being able to delete employees and freeing up usage. Punching in and out in phone sometimes eve. In the set area employees have trouble logging in and out. I wish we could copy schedules individually, rather than in bulk. Not as many functions to accommodate non-traditional work schedules. I would love to copy a shift from one day and paste to another.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The interface is user-friendly and the features are very helpful for managing my team. The software has helped me to save time and improve communication with my staff. The interface is user-friendly and intuitive, which makes it a breeze to schedule shifts and make changes on the fly. The notifications are a lifesaver, as they ensure that everyone is aware of their schedule and any changes that may occur. Plus, the ability to access the schedule from anywhere is a huge plus. Overall, Workstaff has significantly streamlined our scheduling process and made it a lot less stressful. . Easy to use , scheduling staff is done i a few minutes compared to before. Staff have access to their schedules on their phones. You can view who is clocked in and out from a distance. Mobile chat is great, no more emails. Cons I don't think it's possible to have a different QR code to clock in and out for different locations in the same event. We use the same code for now but would be great to have a different one. Would be great if you could flag the staff who don't show to events. We can put it it the notes but you need to look it up every time . Wish you could do everything on the mobile app that you can do on the desktop version.
