Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The call quality is excellent and reliable yet the price is one of the lowest we've come across. They use high-quality routes and solutions and you notice the difference every time. Support is as good as we could have hoped for on the rare occasions that we needed them for something. Coverage is second to none as far as we can tell, they haven't sold us a 'no' yet. I’ve been a Voyced customer for a few weeks now. So far so good. Honestly, the call quality is better than expected, which was a pleasant surprise. Call rates are very reasonable too. Cons The website can appear to be a bit techy but once you get the hang of it it's fine actually. Don't let that put you off. I had a few small setup issues initially, but the support team were very responsive and got back to me straight away. Also a pleasant surprise.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros A 1-800 number for 99c is a good deal. Great way to lure in customers, and the inbound call forwarding (mostly) worked well. Good for small business. Cons The interface was subpar, and the fax feature broke and was never fixed. Customer service can take several days to respond.
