Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Easy to use and affordable. Great support. Flat rates make the solution perfect for a small agency. Lot of features that allow us to work like big companies (IVR, call recording, call groups, call forwarding, etc.) Cons Maybe it is a bit difficult to configure, but the support is very good and they help you to have it running in minutes.
