Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros It's a nice affordable option. Nice to have up to 5 lines on a basic plan, with different voicemails for each. 1. Readily available to walk thru and support acct. 2. Not pushy but accommodating in suggesting the best system depending on needs and great followup 3. Kind and personable 4. Easy to set up with all flow from virtual assistant to direct calls to the appropriate recipient. 5. Porting phone number was efficient and quick. Virtual PBX is easy to use, they provide great customer service, and they offer excellent pricing options for new or established businesses. It's easy to use a computer or laptop to make and receive calls, especially that for or business a computer is needed to handle the calls. Having support if needed is a comfort. We can step away from the office and still conduct business as usual. Thank you for a well thought of product. Good price, great customer service, probably more features than I need, but may use them if I grow larger. Cons The softphone for the desktop was buggy in my experience, and the web browser phone was difficult to get set-up in the beginning. I am looking forward to when voicemail can convert to text and be texted to my mobile. Hopefully soon Online interface is a bit clunky and at times a bit buggy. Not as intuitive as I'd like, but they have great customer support to help. Cannot think of any. Occasional glitches, voicemail not easy to access (it's tucked away in the web interface, but once you know where to find it, it's ok)...no voicemail transcripts with the email notification...no text capability for lower tier plan
