Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Connects with ASANA. Play button easy to use. Great dashboard for reviewing time tracked. Good customer support. This tracker is so flexible, and the integration with Remember the Milk is critical. It is easy to use both in the mobile and desktop versions. This a great Time Tracking app that helps me keep of track of what I'm working on across different clients. You really can't beat the price and there are some nice integrations, I use the Smartsheet integration specifically which is great. the data hierarchy has just the right amount of detail. exportable in several formats. allows multiple users. I can start tasks from existing tasks. the support is responsive and great. This company is big enough to get the job done but small enough to listen to each user's feedback. Cons Still young - more features and improvements to come I hope! Sometimes the wrong time entry will start running the time again, and rarely there will be duplicate entries. In addition, the Remember the Milk list will not properly translate into a TrackingTime project. Occasionally there are bugs and the interface changes pretty regularly which can get confusing to find stuff. Some of the other features I would like to start using aren't quick to figure out so I'm not getting as much use out of the platform as I could and would like to. The design of the app has a few small things I would change. But nothing major or anything that prevents efficient use.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Capacity to enter time spent rather than begining and ending hours. Time-track of all Customers, Projects and Tasks on the same page. Defining Customer, Projects and Tasks is easy to do and to update. Very good tool for timesheets and planning. Very good on PC or smartphone. I searched everywhere for a good timecard application for my small firm. For 3 users or less, guess what? It's free! Everything I need and with presentable reports for clients. What's not to like. The software is very flexible and easy to set up for different projects and configurations. I can add and remove users as required and the reports can be in any format you require - very flexible. Works great for our team exactly what we needed, various reports can me made when you need them, key info can be entered such as wage rates etc. works perfectly for us Cons Cannot enter the same time for same activity over several days or period (or I didn't identify how to do so). It made me dislike the few competitors I have tried. Nothing. The built in invoicing format doesn't work for me. But, I never really expected it to. Nothing really - its suits my purpose as it is. If I were to ask for any improvements it would be to add another level of project detail. Nothing! Worked exactly how we needed it to and provided much more than others
