Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Connects with ASANA. Play button easy to use. Great dashboard for reviewing time tracked. Good customer support. This tracker is so flexible, and the integration with Remember the Milk is critical. It is easy to use both in the mobile and desktop versions. This a great Time Tracking app that helps me keep of track of what I'm working on across different clients. You really can't beat the price and there are some nice integrations, I use the Smartsheet integration specifically which is great. the data hierarchy has just the right amount of detail. exportable in several formats. allows multiple users. I can start tasks from existing tasks. the support is responsive and great. This company is big enough to get the job done but small enough to listen to each user's feedback. Cons Still young - more features and improvements to come I hope! Sometimes the wrong time entry will start running the time again, and rarely there will be duplicate entries. In addition, the Remember the Milk list will not properly translate into a TrackingTime project. Occasionally there are bugs and the interface changes pretty regularly which can get confusing to find stuff. Some of the other features I would like to start using aren't quick to figure out so I'm not getting as much use out of the platform as I could and would like to. The design of the app has a few small things I would change. But nothing major or anything that prevents efficient use.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros For our needs, this is the most cost-effective solution. When we were looking for a time management application, we had the following requirements: - The client installs seamlessly on Windows 11, macOS, and Ubuntu. - Minimal client setup after installation and registration. - Easy client management during operation. - Ethical operation (both employees and management receive the same data). - Four levels of management allow flexible customization to suit our tasks. - Web-based management is intuitive and user-friendly, requiring no additional training. - We contacted support a couple of times: they quickly resolved our issues and answered additional questions. Super easy to use with a simple, no-frills design that just works. The web interface looks nice and is really intuitive. Data syncs quickly, so everything stays up to date in real-time. Really like the reporting features, the dashboard charts make it easy to visualize our data at glance. Also like how there's an option to disable the activity tracking. I love the reminders to start tracking, as I usually just open my computer and start working. This way, I lose a couple of minutes of tracking at worst, instead of hours. The timeline and reports are great - I can see where I spend most of my time (the apps and websites I use) so it gives me control over my work. I use it to create detailed daily reports for my work, and the breakdowns help me justify what exactly I did in a given time period to my clients. The design is really intuitive, so I don't ever need to resort to any complicated documentation to figure out what I need to press and where. Traqq's interface is super intuitive, making it easy to track your time. I also really appreciate smart notifications (they remind you to take breaks or alert you if you forget to turn the timer on). Cons All my laptop applications are in dark mode, but Traqq doesn’t have a dark theme, which is annoying. I’ve already written to them, but Traqq lacks an automatic tracking shutdown feature at the end of the workday. This is particularly frustrating when I start Netflix after work to watch my favorite series. I don’t actually need all the features it offers. It’d be cool if they had different plans so you could pick the features you really need. The PTO tracking could use some work and there's no ability to customize the calendar to show national holidays. It would be great if there was a mobile app for it, so I could track my phone app usage. The site could also benefit from having an online chat for troubleshooting, though I haven't really had to resort to contacting support as of writing this. For me, it would be more convenient if the tool allowed me to track time for separate tasks, so I could get a more detailed overview of where my time is spent. That said, you can still get a good sense of what’s taking up your time since the tool shows app and website usage.
