I also loved that they get benefits from what is the mobile app, this app has two features, it allows you to complete surveys through this app without having to open the survey within the browser, but also allows the feature to create surveys from scratch, if you need to send you survey your customers and you want to do it from your mobile phone, this application costs like these features included, you can create an account from scratch and have all the features and tools available in the desktop version. The second negative thing regarding this platform is that currently it is not possible to customize the link of each survey, it would be excellent to be able to create a personalized link for each survey, which does not have the SurveyMonkey link, it would be excellent to be able to modify this link and place the name of my company in the survey link. The last negative thing about this platform is regarding the free trial version, this free trial version lasts a very short time, in addition, the number of surveys you can create and the number of Contacts you can add to send this is very limited. survey via email, I do not recommend this trial version at all as it is not very useful.
