Support Robotics is a smart solution to the challenge of supporting home Wi-Fi issues, which now drive more than half of all technical support calls for internet service providers.
Comprising a self-care app and remote support portal, it fills the gaps left by existing diagnostic tools, helping customers and support agents to solve Wi-Fi problems more quickly.
