	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros It handled my email campaigns and large contact lists well enough that I stayed for years. Unfortunately, that wasn’t enough to make up for the billing and customer support experience. Zoho Campaigns has a lot of inbuilt email templates available which makes my work very simple. Also, the reports and analytics are very much detailed and help us get a lot of useful insights. Zoho Campaigns is an easy to implement platform. It has tons of pre-saved templates to customize email layouts. Its dashboard is clean and simple. The campaign reports are highly informative and give a better story about the current campaign. There are plenty of templates to choose from to send out emails to our customers. The drag and drop editor is simple to use and is easy to reach customers quickly. Zoho Campaigns is well known and our favorite platform for business marketing. It offered us great email segmentation, email scheduling, in-depth reports, large list subscriber management, email Ui customizations, and personalized email. Cons Extremely unhelpful customer support and their software lags behind what's already out there in the marketplace. When you have a problem, you're basically screwed and their fine print says they won't give you a refund and they don't care if you stay with the company or leave. Clunky interface that looks like it’s from the ’90s. I lost Professional features immediately after downgrading, even though I’d already paid through the end of my billing cycle. I’ve also had repeated problems exporting my contacts. After spending tens of thousands of dollars with them, I expected much better. I do not have any major dislike or discomfort with this product. Sometimes we face email delivery issues. When we send personalized emails. There are too many tools and options that sometimes the basic email setup can get lost. Sometimes it can be confusing to compare what will work best when sending out an email campaign. Never encountered any negative issue with this solution.
