Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I had a disappointing experience with SMSLocal. I purchased a corporate subscription in January. At first, I was informed that he was dealing with a health issue and was hospitalized, which I understood and respected. However, when I later requested help regarding the subscription and asked for a refund in January itself, I did not receive proper support. My calls were not answered, and communication became very difficult. On WhatsApp, I was informed that a refund would be provided, but since then there has been no response or resolution. SMSLocal makes it easy to send bulk SMS campaigns, appointment reminders, alerts, and transactional messages with a user-friendly dashboard and powerful features. I especially like the two-way messaging and automation tools that help me engage with customers and teams in real-time. The platform integrates smoothly with CRM and other business systems, tracks delivery and engagement in real time, and offers customizable templates that save time. Overall, it’s reliable, efficient, and great for both small businesses and larger organizations. SMSLocal is simple to set up and use, even for non-technical users. Message delivery is fast and reliable, APIs are easy to integrate, and DLT compliance support saves time. Real-time reports and responsive customer support make it suitable for marketing, alerts, and OTP messaging. SMSLocal's seamless integrations have streamlined our workflows. It's like all our tools are dancing in harmony. I'm loving the freedom SMSLocal gives us with message scheduling. It's so easy to fit in our diverse needs. Cons worst platform, no customer support Very poor experience with SMSLocal. Some advanced features, like multi-channel messaging beyond SMS (e.g., email or WhatsApp), can take a bit of time to explore fully if you’re used to basic SMS tools. Also, pricing varies by country which means you’ll want to review rates carefully for your region before committing to large volumes. The user interface could be more modern, and advanced analytics options are limited. Pricing details could also be presented more clearly. No faults no glitch nothing no bugs great platform for our business. None, nothing , no-complaints great service and product overall.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros It used to be a good service a few years ago - it was a CLX Communication brand in the past. After the acquisitions, it got only worse. They appeared to have all the functions I needed in their API but unfortunately, because of their horrendous support, we never got up and running with them. Cons They claim SMSes have been delivered and charge you even if the SMSes do not reach the destination—that is totally unacceptable. After some communication ping-pong, the service recommends resetting the headset! The problem persists for a few months now. As mentioned above, we never got "launched" with Sinch, and it was completely on them that we didn't.
