Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros - Self-hosted, full control of our data - Easy to use with options for enterprise features like LDAP authentication and user activity and message auditing - Mobile apps are nice, feature-rich, and notifications work well - Very customizable Cons - Can be clunky in some places, but the Dev team continues to address those pain-point and upgrade them at a steady pace (ex.
