    Pros: Coming from a dev background, I'm usually not easily convinced of "all-in-one" office tools - they tend to overpromise and underdeliver at the technical edges. ONLYOFFICE Docs surprised me. The document and spreadsheet editors handle complex formatting without mangling things, which is honestly my biggest pet peeve with most alternatives. The API is well-documented and actually usable, which matters a lot when you're trying to plug something into an existing workflow. Self-hosting works cleanly, the AGPL license is straightforward, and setup didn't require me to fight the system the whole way through

    Pros: OnlyOffice is our go-to document management tool. It's easy to use has an intuitive user interface and supports integration with our existing tools. Has cross-platform support. The deployment process of the on-premises version was easy.

    Cons: On a few occasions, it takes an unusual time for file synchronization.

    Overall: Overall, we have been using OnlyOffice for a couple of years and have had a great experience using it. The client support is excellent. The business plans are cost-effective.
