I can see my Reputation Score, which is a comprehensive measure of how my brand is perceived online, based on factors like review volume, ratings, sentiment, and visibility. I can also see how I stack up against my competitors and industry benchmarks, and get actionable recommendations to improve my score. It allows me to easily manage and respond to reviews from various sources, including Google, Facebook, Yelp, and industry-specific sites. I can use templates or customize my responses and track the status and impact of each response. I can also solicit feedback from my customers via email or text surveys, and use the results to improve my customer experience and loyalty. It has a social posting suite that allows me to create and schedule social media posts across multiple platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. I can also monitor and interact with comments and mentions, and use the social listening feature to discover relevant conversations and trends. Reputation provides analytics and reports that help me measure the performance and reach of my social media campaigns. The local SEO feature helps me optimize my business listings on Google My Business and other directories. I am able to update my information, photos and offers at all my locations in one place and ensure accuracy and consistency. Reputation also helps me rank higher in local search results by generating more reviews, improving my ratings, and increasing my visibility. Cons It is a bit expensive compared to other online reputation management software. Pricing depends on how many locations, features, and integrations I need, but can range from $99 to $499 per month per location. There is no free trial or free plan available, but there is a demo option that shows how the software works. Sometimes it has glitches and bugs that affect its functionality. For example, sometimes reviews don't load correctly, or notifications are delayed. Sometimes social media posts don't get published or the analytics are inaccurate. These issues are usually resolved quickly by the support team, but they can be frustrating and inconvenient. It doesn't have a mobile app that you can use on the go. There is a mobile-optimized website that I can access from my phone or tablet, but it doesn't have all the features and capabilities of the desktop version. A mobile app would be more convenient and efficient to manage my online reputation anytime anywhere.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The best feature l liked is post-drafting. It gives you the option to schedule content and publish automatically according to time and date. Its UI is very simple. It provides very informative analytics data with great accuracy. Sprout is very easy to use and has a lot of brilliant features like keyword and competitor monitoring. The tool is perfect for planning posts in advance, moreover Sprout Social has a viral post plugin that lets users plan the post on the best time of the day. The UI is amazing and easy to navigate. It does what you'd expect for scheduling and managing social media content — as well as a community as a whole. Their UI was almost as good as their support! They're always available to help. I've used this app for a few different-sized businesses and it's been so helpful every time to get content planned and organized ahead of time. Easy to arrange and update. Sprout Social has enabled us to deliver the best client experience with utmost efficiency and at the same time casually. With Sprout Social's smart inbox, we can review and answer all comments, tags and mentions easily. It is also easy to use and makes it easy to manage multiple accounts under one single platform. Sprout Social's capability we are able to have strategies that are effortless, organized and consistent. Cons Randomly. the linked social account gets logged out, especially on Facebook. Sprout lets us set only 1 timezone; if an agency/company wants to use 2 accounts from 2 different countries then it creates a problem. The price was just too high to keep us on their books — they were flexible at first, but a change in plans wouldn't allow us to stay with them so we found a less expensive solution. The only downfall is the cost. I think that depending on the size of the business it should vary. I have not found anything i dislike about the software. It has delivered all what we expected.
