Pros: The best feature l liked is post-drafting. It gives you the option to schedule content and publish automatically according to time and date. Its UI is very simple. It provides very informative analytics data with great accuracy.

Cons: Randomly. the linked social account gets logged out, especially on Facebook.

Overall: Overall, Sprout Social is a very robust social media management platform. It gives us the ability in our hands to schedule, track posts, and engage with clients across different social media platforms from one dashboard. Its analytics shares highly informative data.

Pros: Sprout is very easy to use and has a lot of brilliant features like keyword and competitor monitoring. The tool is perfect for planning posts in advance, moreover Sprout Social has a viral post plugin that lets users plan the post on the best time of the day.

Cons: Sprout lets us set only 1 timezone; if an agency/company wants to use 2 accounts from 2 different countries then it creates a problem.

Overall: I have used tools like Hootsuite, Buffer etc for work, but Sprout has come across to be the best among them. Their team plans 1 on 1 call every 3 months to ensure that a user isn't facing any problem.

Pros: The UI is amazing and easy to navigate. It does what you'd expect for scheduling and managing social media content — as well as a community as a whole. Their UI was almost as good as their support! They're always available to help.

Cons: The price was just too high to keep us on their books — they were flexible at first, but a change in plans wouldn't allow us to stay with them so we found a less expensive solution.

Overall: Overall you won't find many options that are better than Sprout — and if your checkbook can afford it, I'd say go for it. If nothing else, see if they still have a free trial and start there!

Pros: I've used this app for a few different-sized businesses and it's been so helpful every time to get content planned and organized ahead of time. Easy to arrange and update.

Cons: The only downfall is the cost. I think that depending on the size of the business it should vary.

Overall: The main perk is being able to organize all of the social media accounts associated with each business. Really make everything cohesive.

Pros: Sprout Social has enabled us to deliver the best client experience with utmost efficiency and at the same time casually. With Sprout Social's smart inbox, we can review and answer all comments, tags and mentions easily. It is also easy to use and makes it easy to manage multiple accounts under one single platform. Sprout Social's capability we are able to have strategies that are effortless, organized and consistent.

Cons: I have not found anything i dislike about the software. It has delivered all what we expected.

Overall: Sprout Social has enabled us to keep engaging with our audience and know their stand at all times. Sprout has automated our workflow process and eliminated manual work, enabling us to focus more on delivering the best customer experience n all our social media platforms.

Pros: It simply helps me create automation of my products with social networks; I monitor projects on platforms like Instagram without problems. The support is excellent, the updates are constant, and I like the interface.

Cons: I want Sprout Social to be more diversified in its functions, for example, simplify or detach one process in two; some like drag and drop that besides that have to cut, edit, more.

Overall: We have been using it for a long time; it has been a fundamental pillar in constructing our brand with digital marketing processes. It has had a direct impact on our clients, sales, and strategies. It works and relates perfectly with our organization. Today there is a lot of demand for advertising, marketing, email marketing, campaigns, and social media, so you have to have the initiative to find software like this to navigate all of these areas.

Pros: I like a few things about Sprout Social. First, the software is affordable. Secondly, the tool comes with great features and works seamlessly.
The software was easy to integrate and understanding many features is easy thanks to the ever improving UI.

Cons: Well, for the time I have used Sprout Social, I cannot really think of any time I had problems with the software.

Overall: My experience with Sprout Social has been amazing. It works well when it comes to managing our social media pages. Everything from analysis to scheduling is seamless.

Pros: We start by highlighting the excellent customer service that Sprout Social has, we had two small problems and in less than two hours they had already solved them, this team is exceptional. We have automatically configured the option to export PDF files to streamline our campaign flow. The simplicity of the main dashboard also stands out as it is very easy to use.

Cons: You can't rely 100% on the impressions calculations that Sprout Social shows us, as they don't resemble the ones that Twitter and Facebook handles. It does not have full Instagram adaptability, which slows down its use with that social network. They also don't have full adaptability with LinkedIn, causing us to sometimes have to make posts manually.

Overall: We implemented the optimization of all our enterprise social networks so we can manage from one place, that saves us too much time and money when automating posts. With Twitter's excellent scheduling, we highly recommend Sprout Social, it's one of the best features this software has. It's great to have the ability to export calendars to already scheduled posts. Despite the bugs, Sprout Social has excellent integration with almost all major social networks.

Overall: We have been using Sprout Social as our main social media management tool and it has proved to be the best thanks to the many features, reliability and affordability.

Pros: Sprout Social is a social media management platform which provides all features required for effective management and engagement of the user base through a single dashboard. The feature it offers -

Cons: Sprout Social offers very realistic features, which helps us maintaining good Social media based customer relationship. I don't think it's too easy without Sprout Social.

Overall: Sprout Social offers complete social media management solution from a single dashboard. It helps my team to do effective social media marketing and engagement. It offers a Master inbox which has all the direct messages from user form all connected social media accounts. It gives us ability to schedule posts and even create queue of posts, which is very helpful in case of series of posts needed to published in order. It suggest the optimal time to publish the post- it works based on the history, at what time of day your users were most active.

Pros: I didn't like how limited this program is and it was hard to use. Didn't seem to be easy to set up either.

Cons: I think there's a lot better programs out there to use.

Overall: They're too overpriced and don't offer as many features as other programs like Hootsuite or ContentStudio do.
