Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Very easy to set up and start using (Outlook plugin). Intuitive user interface; no HTML coding or other advanced skills required for designing great looking emails. Largely drag and drop functionality. Saves time; great pricing and customer service. This software is really easy to setup and use. The template builder helps you a lot to create templates. Metrics is one click away for each blast mail sent. Support from Team. It's very useful for my project completion. Nice learning technology. Ver nice experience i had. The knowledge and helpfulness of representative - he came through in what was a crisis moment for me. Cons Very occasionally a glitch will occur and Outlook may freeze (not often enough to impact 5-star rating). To centralize the banner on the template I have to do some tests! Few features. Design loading very slow. Performance of the Add in. The help section could use some more eye-catching tutorials. Spike provides us with an environment that facilitates interaction with third parties in different ways, whether by calls, messaging, e-mail, etc. Its platform is intuitive and straightforward; it is pretty easy to understand how it works and to take advantage of its many communicative and collaborative benefits for the benefit of work teams. Spike is an interesting email client which transform your old boring email window to interesting communication interface. It offer amazing collaborative capability which make it it perfect candidate of client with exceptionally useful extra feature contributing to higher conversion. #1- Spike is also supported on mobile platforms. #2- Inbound and outbound emails converted into easy chat interface. #3- Task tracking and organizing are very convenient. #4- Team collaboration is great with its realtime chat. New way to start chatting without sharing your mobile number, so it helps if you have privacy concerns. It has all of the feature that typical email apps have. Also integrated with voice and video calling. Cons Although Spike offers a mobile app for access while on the move, some users have noted that it occasionally has less functionality than the web version. It is multiplatform, but its application for mobile devices is not as optimal as the computer one; some functions cannot be used. Spike offers many add-on features with no extra cost involved. It's a great tool for email with collaboration. No Cons. #1- We had an overall positive experience with Spike. Till now I didn't faced any serious problems with this tool.
