    Pros: Very easy to set up and start using (Outlook plugin). Intuitive user interface; no HTML coding or other advanced skills required for designing great looking emails. Largely drag and drop functionality. Saves time; great pricing and customer service.

    Cons: Very occasionally a glitch will occur and Outlook may freeze (not often enough to impact 5-star rating).

    Overall: Overall, PoliteMail is a powerful tool enabling organizations of all sizes to design better looking and more responsive emails. The application is easy to use and saves time by making tasks like sending bulk emails much easier. Employee interaction results are visible in real time right in Outlook with easily understandable and attractive looking graphs. Excellent customer support for any questions that may arise. Security is solid; this app is used and trusted by many of the world’s largest businesses.

    Pros: This software is really easy to setup and use. The template builder helps you a lot to create templates. Metrics is one click away for each blast mail sent.

    Cons: To centralize the banner on the template I have to do some tests!

    Overall: I use this software for 3 years and didn't find any other software good as PoliteMail. For what we need, PoliteMail is able to provide.

    It's very useful for my project completion.
    Nice learning technology.
    Ver nice experience i had.

    Cons: Few features.
    Design loading very slow.
    Performance of the Add in.

    Overall: I liked the support which i have received from the PoliteMail team.
    It would be better if you can improve the performance of the PoliteMail software add-in in Outlook.

    Cons: The help section could use some more eye-catching tutorials.
