Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Phone.com services have little to no downtime. Very easy to use and set up, with excellent client care. Very easy customization and configuration. Good connection and stable network. Helps to grow my business and connect to other companies. Conferencing, calling and video calling makes it easy to advance my business. Cons Provisioning new phone tends to be a little complicated; there is no self-help portion to adding new (physical) phones. No cons, it had helped me to grow my business and connect to other companies and customers.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros #1- It supports Slack, Drift, Microsoft Teams and other integrations. #2- The user interface is simple and easy to understand. #3- Easy to Configure platform. I really like how it is set up so a team can use it. Love how a central number can be used by a whole team. It's been super nice to be able to streamline our phone calls. It's reduced our answering significantly and reduced unwanted calls Cons #1- We had an overall great experience with this platform. The mobile app does not have a ton of features so it's limited. It was a little challenging to implement at first but once we figured it out it's been awesome.
