Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros PerformanceHub was easy to set up with the help of our contact initially and now the admins can make any further changes required or ask for help. Users say the appraisal format is clear and concise with a detailed explanation of the company's core values. Objectives tabs are user friendly, they particularly like the feedback tool which the management team have used to gain essential feedback internally and externally on individuals' performance. Perfect for recording informal meetings and having the ability to look back and refresh your thoughts. Performance Hub was extremely quick to get up and running for our employees. When we had a need to expand the capability from a performance management system to a performance and salary planning system, Performance Hub took on the task and delivered flawlessly! Ease of use - the application is intuitive and easy to use, requiring minimal training for new users to become competent. Storing all performance related info in one place makes it a lot easier for managers to record, track and reward performance. The way in PerformanceHub presents objectives and key measures was also a positive as we were looking to move to an OKR approach, which this suited. Strategically, PerformanceHub allows us to present every employee with a view of how their objectives fit into the wider picture, allowing us to visually present the golden thread, allowing people to see how they contribute to the overall success of the business. Cons As with any new software we are currently learning what it can and can't do. Different users sometimes want slightly different things and we can't accommodate everyone. It would be useful if bigger objectives could be broken down into sub goals/tasks that feed into the overall We had a complex security model requirement which made it challenging to set up and maintain. Not necessarily things we did not like, but more observations about what would be useful to us: 1. A separate 'performance improvement plan' option, where a specific short term action plan can be created to address particular performance issues for an individual that sits outside of the normal process. This can be achieved within the tool, but we have suggested a potential separate feature to Cogendo who are now looking into it. 2. Documents/images/links - ability to upload images to appraisals, or links to documents would be a useful feature to have. Links can be added, but they are inactive. We understand that this is due to security.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros It is a solid platform with cloud storage that allows me to manage each member of the work team, make new hires and speed up retirements, all from a simple, dynamic, and easy-to-use interface. The updates I make are shown quickly, I can manage a database in a segmented way according to my purpose, thus allowing me to have a panel with a clearer vision to track time and project, it allows me to see the status of each employee and create a comprehensive environment where it is possible to link work, manage tasks and evaluate performance. Beyond this, I can post job offers, evaluate candidates and schedule interviews for the most suitable time. Another option is the management of vacations, accommodate the time for each employee and view absences, this is incredible! The creation of reports is without a doubt a plus, it helps me with the projection of the data and to have from the foreground all the study on the billing and performance of the workflow. On the other hand, having mobile access was the best that Workday could provide, since I need some information and I can go to it from wherever I am, under an interface that is equally comfortable and fast to use. The communications panel is undoubtedly an ideal collaboration tool to maintain efficient communication and a communication exchange that generates active work constantly. It helps us with billing processes, tax payments, tracking expenses, providing detailed financial reports, it is a useful option that enables us the possibility of not only doing human management but also covering a set of financial tasks. Cons It needs better options so that the investment of time in the platform is less, better API connections so that the integration of work is much more direct; fast payroll payments, it takes too long to manage the amount, form and time in which it will be made, it becomes quite tedious; adjustment of time cards, when someone forgets to check out, I have to check on my own and make the link myself, I should give the possibility for the employee to do it with some authorization. The invitations can be slow, when I send them to join the work team it can take a couple of days to arrive and that upsets the way we work. It has a high customization power, but it is not very pleasant, it can become too much, when configuring something, something else is changed and this interferes with how we use the application. The notifications are insistent many times and I cannot delete them, it would be nice to be able to configure what I want to be notified of and what not. It can be a very large platform with millions of routes and panels to follow, at first it can be too confusing to use, but over time we adapt very well. Perhaps it can be a bit expensive, however, I feel that it is worth what it costs since the multiple functions that we perform there are enough to equate with the cost, that it be a little more adjustable to our comfort would also not be bad. It works great for me. Nothing to share about cons.
