Couldn’t find any as the tool catered to our requirements perfectly and we are completely satisfied with Optima Pro. None as of now, If we face any issue will surely share.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The price is good. Also, it's nice to have a software that can do scheduling and invoicing, as well as send estimates. Cons The company claims it is very customizable, but we did not find the customizable features very helpful. Its customizable, but only in their contained boundaries, and it wasn't what we were needing. We've had consistent issues with our sales tax rates syncing with QB, and it has caused a lot of problems and wasted time. It's also not very user friendly, and the customer service isn't great.
