Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Reporting features and dashboard are great follow-up tools. Easy to use for employees, they are up ans running in no time Implementation is strait forward. Adopting this system has helped us bring order to the multiple service requests we receive every day. We can finally have reports with amounts and hours that balance and even statistics. Our clients can submit their request from our website and it goes straight to our ticket list in the software. That's great. The software is quite well-structured and intuitive. It's not too complicated to understand. We did not need anyone to teach us. Very good software. We started using version 3 long time ago :-) and followed the evolution of the software. Now using the online version. More fields that we can adapt to our needs, we use many so we like this possibility a lot. Support is fast, price is fair for a software with so many features. Cons It took some time to set up since we have a lot of data, but it would have been the same for other software. An offline app can be useful in areas without LTE connectivity. Not much to say against this software. Everything is fine. Finally, maybe one or two things in the program are a little more abstract but nothing more. No other drawbacks encountered. The look is a bit dull compared to the Windows version but almost all software looks like this now. At first I kinda missed the help button that took us straight to the help file but over time, I don't need any help now. :-)	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The price is good. Also, it's nice to have a software that can do scheduling and invoicing, as well as send estimates. Cons The company claims it is very customizable, but we did not find the customizable features very helpful. Its customizable, but only in their contained boundaries, and it wasn't what we were needing. We've had consistent issues with our sales tax rates syncing with QB, and it has caused a lot of problems and wasted time. It's also not very user friendly, and the customer service isn't great.
